Problem Note 42863: Input parameters may not be passed to an IOM Direct Interface Stored Process.

Name/Value parameters will not be passed to an IOM Direct Interface Stored Process when the underlying LanguageService is running asynchronously.
The Async property of the LanguageService object controls the blocking or non-blocking mode associated with the Submit, Execute, and ExecuteWithResults methods. The Async property is set to False by default.
